The course is directed at engineering and geosciences professionals involved in hydraulic fracture stimulation of horizontal oil and gas wells and unconventional reservoir stimulation. The goal of the course is to provide methods to determine stimulated reservoir volume, optimum transverse fracture spacing, economic lateral length, and well spacing. The impact of various economic drivers, such as EUR, NPV, and ROR, or optimum design will be discussed.
The course will include practical examples and exercises.
